Track reorganizational issues from identification, monitoring, through to closure of the issues and recommend options. Liaise with leads in Staffing, Classification, and Labour Relations Management to ensure policy requirements and departmental procedures are met and guidelines followed. Prepare environmental scans and recommendations for type of surplus declaration. Develop and present information sessions for managers, clients and employees. Develop written material such as tools and guides to support managers, employees and HR staffing teams. Support managers and HRB staff on project plans, documentation, briefing notes, communications materials. Support the Manager, SPMS to ensure corporate staffing services are appropriately planned and provided to meet client needs recognizing available capacity Qualifications and Experience Recent experience in developing HR strategies and plans for reorganizations within the federal government context including workforce adjustment provisions (WFA). Experience in providing managers with advice and support in federal government staffing processes (operations) and/or corporate staffing. Experience in the development and presentation of information sessions. Experience in preparing written material such as briefing notes, strategies, employee communications.
